In the first phase of this three month  project, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Berlin Blue Gallery's management and performance marketing team as well as lead developer Rouven Laurien .
BBA gallery is a renowned art gallery located in the heart of Berlin. Known for its diverse collection of international art and photography, the gallery needed a website redesign to enhance user experience, improve visual appeal, and better showcase its offerings. By leveraging performance marketing data, I aimed to create an optimized and engaging online presence for the gallery.

The second pain point was that existing process for artists to submit their work for prize review and the handling of payments was cumbersome and inefficient. My solution involved creating an account-based user dashboard, which streamlined the registration and payment processes. This allowed artists to easily submit their work, track submission status, and make payments through an intuitive, user-friendly interface.
